Municipal questions before construction
Practical answers to help prepare a new skatepark. From the initial information and delivery scope to handover and after-sales service.

What municipalities consider before building
How much does a monolithic skatepark cost?
The price is based on the specific brief. It depends on the size and mix of obstacles, the condition of the site, the extent of the base and surrounding areas, outdoor furniture, transport and installation. To prepare a quote, we need the location and expected scope.
What information should we send with an enquiry?
The municipality’s name, site location, approximate dimensions and photographs. A budget, intended use and target completion date are also helpful.
Can you supply the skatepark including the base?
Yes. JFC provides complete delivery, including base preparation, adjoining areas and outdoor furniture, within the agreed scope.
Which sports is the skatepark designed for?
Our designs cater for BMX, freestyle scooters and skateboards. The specific obstacle layout is developed around the brief and the needs of future riders.
What surface do you use?
The final riding surface is HPL Skatesmart®. Beneath it are planed timber boards protected by a waterproof contact membrane; the supporting structure is galvanized steel.
How long do design and construction take?
The timetable is agreed individually according to the project size, site readiness and coordination of production and construction work. Include your desired opening date in the enquiry.
Does delivery include after-sales service?
JFC offers after-sales service. Its scope and conditions must be agreed for each delivery.
Can we see completed projects?
Our website features our own photographs of eight selected skateparks, with locations and completion years. Your JFC contact can also discuss further reference information with you.
