Technology that makes sense

Construction layers and details

Galvanized steel structure

The supporting structure is galvanized steel. It carries the riding-surface layers and the construction details of each obstacle.

Planed timber boards and protective membrane

We lay planed timber boards on the steel structure. We protect them with a waterproof contact membrane beneath the final surface.

Skatesmart® HPL surface

The final riding surface is the special Skatesmart® HPL surface. It is part of our construction solution for BMX, scooters and skateboards.

Drainage and transition edges

Integrated drainage strips help carry water away. Steel transition edges protect the surface at transitions.

Perforated galvanized sheet metal

We cover guardrail infills and the skatepark’s exterior with perforated galvanized sheet metal. It completes the appearance and allows moisture to ventilate.

Certification TÜV SÜD

The certified Skatepark product type complies with the relevant provisions of ČSN EN 14974:2020. The current TÜV SÜD Czech certificate no. 16.154.469 states a validity date of 28 August 2027.

The scope of certification is stated in the attached document.

Base, surrounding areas and service

The obstacles are one part of the sports facility. Complete delivery may also include base preparation, adjoining paved areas and outdoor furniture. It makes sense to plan these works together from the design stage.

After-sales service follows delivery. We define its scope and recommended maintenance routine for each project.
